Açık Rıza Beyanı

1. KONUM VERİLERİNİN İŞLENMESİ

Gerçek zamanlı konum bilgilerimin (GPS koordinatları, doğruluk bilgisi, arka plan konumu) aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmesine açıkça rıza veriyorum:

• Harita üzerinde konumumu göstermek
• Takip ettiğim ve beni takip eden kullanıcılarla konum bilgilerimi paylaşmak
• Güvenlik raporları oluşturmak
• Raporlanan bölgelere yaklaştığımda bildirim almak
• Uygulama kapalıyken bile konum güncellemelerinin devam etmesi (arka plan konum)

Konum verilerimin:

• Gerçek zamanlı olarak güncelleneceğini,
• Sadece takip ettiğim ve beni takip eden kişilerle paylaşılacağını,
• Geçmiş konum verilerinin saklanmayacağını

biliyorum ve kabul ediyorum.

2. KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN YURT DIŞINA AKTARILMASI

Kişisel verilerimin (ad, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı, konum verileri) Google Cloud – Firebase altyapısı üzerinden yurt dışına aktarılmasına açıkça rıza veriyorum.

Firebase sunucularının Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa'da bulunduğunu ve verilerimin bu ülkelerde işleneceğini biliyorum.

3. BİLDİRİM VERİLERİNİN İŞLENMESİ

Bana gönderilecek push bildirimleri kapsamında:

• FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) token bilgilerimin işlenmesine,
• Bildirim içeriklerinin (takip istekleri, güvenlik uyarıları, konum bildirimleri) gönderilmesine,
• Bildirim geçmişinin 30 gün boyunca saklanmasına

açıkça rıza veriyorum.

4. PROFİL BİLGİLERİNİN PAYLAŞILMASI

Profil bilgilerimin (kullanıcı adı, yaş, cinsiyet, kan grubu, profil fotoğrafı) aşağıdaki şekilde paylaşılmasına açıkça rıza veriyorum:

• Kullanıcı adı ve profil fotoğrafımın, beni takip eden kullanıcılara görünür olması
• Arama sonuçlarında kullanıcı adımın görünmesi
• Takip isteklerinde profil bilgilerimin görünmesi

E-posta adresimin diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşılmayacağını biliyorum.

5. GÜVENLİK RAPORLARININ PAYLAŞILMASI

Oluşturduğum güvenlik raporlarının (rapor türü, açıklama, konum, tarih) aşağıdaki şekilde işlenmesine açıkça rıza veriyorum:

• Raporların anonim şekilde tüm kullanıcılara gösterilmesi
• Raporların harita üzerinde işaretlenmesi
• Rapor oluşturan kullanıcı kimliğimin gizli tutulması
• Raporların süresiz olarak saklanması

6. SOSYAL ÖZELLİKLER

Takip sistemi kapsamında:

• Diğer kullanıcılara takip isteği göndermeme,
• Takip isteklerimi kabul eden kullanıcıların konumlarını görmeme,
• Beni takip eden kullanıcıların konumumu görmesine

açıkça rıza veriyorum.

1. Konum İzni:

• Android: Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > SafeG > İzinler > Konum > Reddet
• iOS: Ayarlar > Gizlilik > Konum Servisleri > SafeG > Asla

2. Bildirim İzni:

• Android: Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > SafeG > Bildirimler > Kapat
• iOS: Ayarlar > Bildirimler > SafeG > Bildirimlere İzin Verme

3. Hesap Silme:

• E-posta: furkanorta7@gmail.com
• Konu: "Hesap Silme Talebi"
• Tüm verilerim silinecektir (yasal saklama yükümlülüğü hariç)

Rıza Geri Çekme Sonuçları:

Açık rızamı geri çektiğimde:

• Konum paylaşımı duracak
• Bildirimler gelmeyecek
• Takip özellikleri çalışmayacak
• Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini kullanamayacağım

durumlarının oluşabileceğini biliyorum ve kabul ediyorum.

AYDINLATMA YÜKÜMLÜLÜĞÜ

KVKK'nın 10. maddesi uyarınca aydınlatma yükümlülüğünün Gizlilik Politikası ile yerine getirildiğini biliyorum.

KVKK HAKLARIM

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahip olduğumu biliyorum:

1. Kişisel verilerimin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
2. İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
3. İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme

5. Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
6. Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme

Consent Form

1. PROCESSING OF LOCATION DATA

I explicitly consent to the processing of my real-time location information (GPS coordinates, accuracy information, background location) for the following purposes:

• Displaying my location on the map
• Sharing my location information with users I follow and who follow me
• Creating security reports
• Receiving notifications when approaching reported areas
• Continuing location updates even when the app is closed (background location)

Regarding my location data:

• It will be updated in real-time,
• It will only be shared with people I follow and who follow me,
• Historical location data will not be stored

I know and accept this.

2. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

I explicitly consent to the international transfer of my personal data (name, email, profile photo, location data) through Google Cloud – Firebase infrastructure.

I know that Firebase servers are located in the United States and Europe, and my data will be processed in these countries.

3. PROCESSING OF NOTIFICATION DATA

Within the scope of push notifications to be sent to me:

• Processing of my FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) token information,
• Sending notification content (follow requests, security alerts, location notifications),
• Storing notification history for 30 days

I explicitly consent to this.

4. SHARING OF PROFILE INFORMATION

I explicitly consent to the sharing of my profile information (username, age, gender, blood type, profile photo) as follows:

• My username and profile photo being visible to users who follow me
• My username appearing in search results
• My profile information appearing in follow requests

I know that my email address will not be shared with other users.

5. SHARING OF SECURITY REPORTS

I explicitly consent to the processing of security reports I create (report type, description, location, date) as follows:

• Reports being displayed anonymously to all users
• Reports being marked on the map
• My identity as the report creator being kept confidential
• Reports being stored indefinitely

6. SOCIAL FEATURES

Within the scope of the follow system:

• Sending follow requests to other users,
• Viewing the locations of users who accept my follow requests,
• Users who follow me viewing my location

I explicitly consent to this.

WITHDRAWAL OF EXPLICIT CONSENT

Consent Withdrawal Methods:

1. Location Permission:

• Android: Settings > Apps > SafeG > Permissions > Location > Deny
• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > SafeG > Never

2. Notification Permission:

• Android: Settings > Apps > SafeG > Notifications > Turn Off
• iOS: Settings > Notifications > SafeG > Do Not Allow Notifications

3. Account Deletion:

• Email: furkanorta7@gmail.com
• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• All my data will be deleted (except legal retention obligations)

Consequences of Consent Withdrawal:

When I withdraw my explicit consent:

• Location sharing will stop
• Notifications will not be received
• Follow features will not work
• I will not be able to use the core functions of the application

I know and accept that these situations may occur.

DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION

I know that the disclosure obligation pursuant to Article 10 of KVKK has been fulfilled through the Privacy Policy.

MY KVKK RIGHTS

I know that I have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK:

1. Learn whether my personal data is being processed
2. Request information if it has been processed
3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
4. Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
5. Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
6. Request deletion or destruction
7. Request notification to third parties to whom it has been transferred
8. Object to analysis exclusively by automated systems
